How do I get started?+
Simple — enroll online, submit your documents, and we get to work. Your 24/7 client portal tracks every update and milestone so you're never in the dark. Remember: onboarding must be completed AT THE TIME of enrolling, you will need your License(ID) and proof of address handy (it only takes 10–15 minutes).
What negative items can you challenge?+
We work on a wide range of items: collections, inquiries, charge-offs, repossessions, late payments, medical debt, student loan errors, and more. Every report is unique, so your strategy is customized to your file.
How long until I see results?+
Every credit profile is different, and legally no credit repair company can guarantee a set timeline. On average, clients use our services for 6–12 months — more or less. Many see early movement within the first 10–45 days, but progress can take longer depending on the file. We dispute consistently and keep you updated the whole way.
Do you guarantee results?+
By law, no credit repair company can guarantee specific score increases or item removals — and you should be careful with anyone who does. What we do offer is our 180-day money-back guarantee on monthly subscription fees if we fail to update, correct, or remove any inaccurate, erroneous, or obsolete negative items worked on within 180 days of continuous, compliant service (terms of agreement apply — see our Terms & Conditions).
Do you offer phone support?+
We do not offer phone support on our standard plans. All communication is handled efficiently through email and your 24/7 client portal — reach us anytime at [email protected] if you are a client and [email protected] if you are not a client but have questions prior to enrolling. Check your email often, especially in your first 72 hours.
Is credit repair legal?+
Yes. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you have the right to dispute information you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. We educate you on those rights and assist with the dispute process. You can also review your rights on our Consumer Credit File Rights page.
What do I need before enrolling?+
Active credit monitoring (up to $29/month — required on every plan, it is an onboarding step please DO NOT enroll in a credit monitoring prior to enrolling), no active bankruptcy, at least one negative account on your report, and a Visa or Mastercard for payment. Please review our pricing page requirements BEFORE signing up for all requirements.
